In 1963, due to a harsh winter when winter cereals froze, Mr Pierre Fuzeau, a farmer in Les Deux Sèvres (79) decided to diversify his production and embarked on the production of melons, with his brother Marcel. The Soleil de la Dive melon was born. It is now sold under the brand name Soldive.
In 1973, with an increase in the amount of the land cultivated a packaging factory was built in Brie (Thouars -79).

Soldive stands for strong tradition of growing tasty produce. This tradition lives on and unfolds through the development of new production areas, new produces and new projects.
